Trust isn’t optional in online retail. You either prove your company as a trustworthy brand or you don’t. There are many ways of doing so, such as the addition of a trust badge. According to a Wingify case study, a simple trust badge can increase conversions by more than 30%, though one could argue these badges are really just a bandaid on a bigger trust issue.
